Not wanting to spend $300 on glasses, I decided to buy some glasses online. This was a little bit of a risk because I had to kind of hope for the best as there was no way to try them on. Alfie ate my last two pairs so really, I didn’t exactly want to spend a couple hundred dollars because it’s probably only a matter of time before he somehow gets his paws on these. So for $55, I got some decent, anti-glare, lightweight glasses and I can see now! They aren’t exactly the most high-quality glasses and if you’re into brand names you probably won’t find what you’re looking for, but I’ve been wearing my old prescription contacts for the last two years or so and I can’t believe I’ve been living in such an unfocused world for so long. I spent the last two years of my life in blurriness and didn’t even realize it. I got these from eyebuydirect.com but my sister’s boyfriend was telling me there’s another site that gives you your first pair free, so maybe I will get a backup pair in case Alfie eats these…and that way I can continue seeing clearly into the future. It’s the little things that make you so happy.
